TRUE SELF HEALING TRANSFORMATION
Remember Who You Are
Walking beside you as you reconnect with your true self through compassionate guidance, transformational mentorship, healing practices, and sacred relationship.
Welcome
Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.
Perhaps you're here because something within you is asking for change. Perhaps you're navigating a life transition, seeking healing, longing for deeper meaning, or simply feeling called to reconnect with yourself.
Whatever has brought you here, I want you to know that you don't have to walk this path alone.
I believe healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you have always been. Beneath every experience, every challenge, and every season of life, your authentic self has always been there, waiting patiently to be remembered.
True transformation begins when we meet ourselves with honesty, compassion, and love. It unfolds as we become willing to tell the truth about our lives, honor our stories, and reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived within us.
My role is not to fix you or tell you who you should become. My role is to walk beside you—to listen deeply, hold compassionate space, bear witness to your journey, and support you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
Whether our work together takes the form of mentorship, healing sessions, spiritual guidance, or preparation and integration for sacred healing traditions, every offering is rooted in presence, relationship, and respect for your unique path.
Healing is a journey of remembrance.
I'm honored to walk beside you.

About Teresa
Heart-Centered Healer • Storyteller • Guide
Hi, I'm Teresa Padilla, founder of True Self Healing Transformation and Lead Steward of Medicine of Many Tribes.
For as long as I can remember, people have found their way to me with their stories. Long before I had language for what I was experiencing, I found myself listening deeply, holding space, asking thoughtful questions, and helping others see themselves from a new perspective.
Over the years, my own journey has unfolded through personal transformation, motherhood, illness, grief, loss, spiritual awakening, curanderismo traditions, energy healing, mentorship, community leadership, and service. Through these experiences, I came to understand that healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about remembering who we truly are.
Today, I don't see my role as fixing people or giving them all the answers. I see my role as walking beside them. Listening deeply. Bearing witness. Sharing stories. Holding space with compassion. Helping people reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within themselves.
I have been honored to study under respected Indigenous teachers and continue to learn through those relationships. Their teachings have deepened my understanding of healing, reciprocity, humility, and our relationship with one another and the natural world. As a guide and facilitator, I support individuals who feel called to engage with sacred healing traditions through thoughtful preparation, education, integration, and respectful participation.
I also serve as the founder and Lead Steward of Medicine of Many Tribes, a nonprofit organization dedicated to cultural preservation, education, reciprocity, and meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities, particularly within the Amazon rainforest. Through this work, I help create opportunities for people to learn directly from Indigenous wisdom keepers while honoring the traditions, cultures, and relationships that make those experiences possible.
Whether supporting someone through a life transition, offering mentorship, facilitating healing, preparing individuals for sacred healing traditions, or guiding respectful journeys into the Amazon, everything I do is rooted in the same intention:
To walk beside you as you reconnect with yourself.
To help you remember your own wisdom.
To create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
Many people describe me as a heart-centered healer, storyteller, teacher, or way-shower.
I simply consider myself someone who has walked through my own seasons of transformation and now has the privilege of walking beside others as they navigate theirs.
Because I believe we are all here to help one another remember—and to enjoy the journey along the way.
My Guiding Philosophy
The Heart of My Work
You don't have to arrive here with all the answers. You don't have to hide the parts of yourself that feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or unfinished. You don't have to prove your worth. You are welcome exactly as you are.
I believe healing begins when we are willing to meet ourselves with honesty, compassion, and truth.
Sometimes healing looks like courage. Sometimes it looks like grief. Sometimes it looks like laughter after years of carrying too much. Sometimes it simply begins because someone is willing to truly listen, to bear witness, and to walk beside us.
One of the greatest gifts we can offer another person is our presence—not to rescue, not to fix, but to create a space where they feel seen, heard, and safe enough to remember their own strength.
At the heart of my work is love. Not simply as an emotion, but as a way of being. Love is what guides my work, my service, and my relationships. It is the thread that weaves together healing, compassion, truth, courage, and remembrance.
Through my experiences as a mother, healer, guide, teacher, and lifelong student, I have come to embrace the nurturing, intuitive, and transformative wisdom often described as the Divine Feminine. I have learned that true strength is not found in perfection or having all the answers, but in presence, humility, trust, compassion, and the courage to keep our hearts open through life's many seasons.
I believe we carry the stories, resilience, and wisdom of those who came before us. Our ancestors live within us through the values they passed forward, the sacrifices they made, the love they shared, and even the wounds they were unable to heal. Their lives continue to shape our own, inviting us to honor what has been entrusted to us while choosing, with intention, what we will carry into future generations.
We carry them here in the physical world, and they carry us in the spirit realm. Their presence reminds us that love, wisdom, and relationship extend beyond what we can see.
When we remember who we are, we also remember where we come from. We remember that we are part of something greater than ourselves. We remember our connection to one another, to nature, to those who walked before us, and to those who will come after us.
For me, healing is an act of remembrance. Remembrance of yourself. Remembrance of your truth. Remembrance of your connection to others. Remembrance of the love that has always been present beneath every experience life has placed before you.
My hope is not to change who you are. It is to walk beside you as you remember who you have always been.
Love is the foundation. Remembrance is the path.
Stories of Remembrance
Healing Through Story
Stories have the power to heal.
For generations, wisdom has been shared through storytelling. As we listen, witness, and share our experiences, we discover parts of ourselves reflected in the journeys of others.
Some of life's deepest moments of growth begin when we realize we are not alone.
I believe every person who enters our lives arrives with purpose. Sometimes they are here to teach us. Sometimes they are here to receive something we have to offer. More often than not, we are simply walking alongside one another, helping each other remember.
This space is a collection of reflections, teachings, life lessons, personal experiences, and moments of wisdom gathered along the path.
My hope is that these stories encourage reflection, deepen connection, and remind you that every journey has something to teach us.
